A surge of American interest in Japanese culture has swelled since the mainstreaming of manga and anime. To address this curiosity, J magazine seeks to inform readers of different facets of their foreign life. Addressing fashion, technology, tradition and much more.
The King County Library System is one of the largest library networks in the country yet each library adheres to the values and needs of its community. This identity system was designed with the people in mind taking into account that someone reading a book is in their own bustling little world. It’s for the people who love the smell of books, choose to pick a new interest each day and find comfort in the imagination.
Globetrotters is a data visualization designed through Processing that highlights the tourist perspective of the U.S. through photographs. Using Flickr we created an interactive piece that allows users to explore the data through filters and zooming, which enables observation at macro and micro levels.
